Alison Carnwath

Alison is currently Chairman of Land Securities plc, a Non-executive Director of ISIS Private Equity, where she is Chairman of the Investment Committee and Management Board, and an independent Director for Zurich Insurance Group and PACCAR Inc.

Alison is also a Senior Advisor to Evercore Partners.

Alison has been a Managing Director of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department in New York and a partner in the Phoenix Partnership, a corporate advisory and private equity business acquired by DLJ in 1997. Before joining the Phoenix Partnership in 1993, she was a Director of J. Henry Schroder Wagg & Co Ltd, the Investment Banking subsidiary of Schroders plc, specialising in advisory, merger and defence work for leading UK companies.
