Stephen has been with Associated British Foods for 8 years as CEO of the Ingredients Division, responsible for a portfolio of companies with operations and sales worldwide. This includes some 14 factories, 30 locations and approximately 1000 people. His top team is UK-based and he has a number of CEOs/MDs reporting to him. His focus is on strategy, business performance, talent management and both organic and acquisition growth.

Stephen started life as a food scientist working for Kraft in their R&D centre in Munich, Germany, and then moved to Danisco, working both in the UK and Denmark, in the food ingredients/specialty chemical field. His career climb went from sales to business management to director and then to Managing Director.

Apart from travel and a love of food, Stephen enjoys skiing, watching football and hanging out with his kids.

Stephen is a member of the Criticaleye Advisory Board.
