Andrew joined The Training Room in January 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. Backed by private equity house Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), The Training Room recruits, trains, develops and provides personal trainer qualifications to health and fitness professionals.

Previously, Andrew was COO at Colt Technology Services where he was responsible for leading the embedding of Colt’s new operating model, leading alignment across both the business and service units.

Whilst at Colt, Andrew was Chairman of the board of the Colt Operations across Gurgaon & Bangalore (India), and Executive Director for the following Colt entities: - Colt Telecom Europe Limited, Colt Telecom Denmark, Colt Telecom Sweden, Colt Telecom Switzerland & Colt Telecom Holdings Limited.

Before being promoted to COO, Andrew held several key senior leadership roles at Colt including Managing Director, Human Resources; Managing Director of Colt's Operations business; and Managing Director of Colt’s Major Enterprise Division, Colt’s largest trading entity.

Prior to his career at Colt, Andrew held a number of Executive leadership roles across varied market verticals working primarily in private and venture capital investment.

Andrew started his career in the British military where he spent twelve years with the Royal Signals as an Electronic Engineer and five years serving with the Special Forces.

Andrew is passionate about sport and one day hopes to lead the running of a professional football club. A Swansea City fan, he regularly travels hundreds of miles to watch his team. 

Andrew is a member of the Criticaleye Advisory Board.
