We are hiring two Researchers to support the business development function. One of these roles will focus on UK Listed companies and the other on Private Equity backed businesses.
Each Researcher will work closely with a Business Development Manager to help find, analyse and approach senior executives within companies of interest. He/she will source new business leads and help to develop a pipeline of prospective Executive and Non-executive Members to ensure that the team’s targets are met.

- Meet and call your members regularly. Meetings will take place in London and around the UK
- Monitor the mentoring service for each member: ensure meetings take place on a regular basis, that notes/feedback are submitted by the mentor and the member is deriving value from the experience
- Instigate relevant one-to-one connections between members
- Implement all communication with members and liaise with their assistants when necessary
Teamwork
- Liaise with Editorial, Marketing and Advisory Partnership teams on event programming and connections

Relationship Manager Trainee
Reflecting Criticaleye’s continued growth, we are seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) Graduate Trainee to support the relationship management team. The role will focus on CAPS – Corporate and Public Sector organisations i.e. FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 companies and Public Sector organisations.
The RM Graduate trainee will work closely with the Relationship Managers in the CAPS team to research and prepare for meetings; analyse Members’ participation within the Community; liaise with Members and their assistants on various administrative matters; and help coordinate Board Mentors.
This role will allow the successful candidate to develop key research skills, gain an in-depth understanding of the company-related and leadership challenges faced by senior business executives and have the opportunity to attend some key events attended by such executives. If successful, the candidate will have the opportunity to progress to other roles within the company, including Business Development, Marketing etc., or to stay and progress within Relationship Management.
Responsibilities (non-exhaustive) will include:
1. Research & preparation for Member meetings
• Find and provide (to the relevant RM), news and background information on Members.
• Business news and trends of companies, organisations and sectors in which our Members work.
