Andrew Minton
Managing Editor
Criticaleye

Andrew is one of the original Founders of Criticaleye and, as Managing Editor, is responsible for the generation and management of all the content generated by and for the Criticaleye Community, including all articles and films, the weekly Member Updates and Newsfeeds and all of the subjects covered in our events.

In addition to this role, Andrew is the Chairman of Criticaleye's Membership Approval Panel.

A well-travelled linguist, Andrew’s emphasis on the value of leaders gaining perspective and having access to a wide range of knowledge and expertise has been a significant driver to the success of Criticaleye. He believes there is a need for greater collaboration in and across organisations, a view formed by his previous experience in executive search and as a strategy consultant. His work at Criticaleye highlights the notion that, in the global economy, bringing leaders together to share best-practice and innovation is imperative to individual and business growth.

Before founding Criticaleye, Andrew worked to establish executive boards and management teams across EMEA on behalf of his clients, as well as to advise on competitive intelligence and market entry strategies across Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

During his career, Andrew has been instrumental in three successful start-ups in executive search, consulting and media.

Andrew speaks French, Russian and Spanish, having studied the latter two at degree level at the University of Bristol. He has diplomas from the University of Quito in Ecuador and Lomonosov University, Moscow in Russia.
