Steve is the Head of Personal and Business Banking for the UK Retail & Business Bank of Barclays plc. Steve has overall responsibility for all aspects of Personal Banking including the contact points for our 14 million customers, which includes 1600 branches, 8 contact centres in the UK and 2 in India. Steve is also the owner of the key retail products including Current Accounts, Premier, Savings, Insurance and Investments.

On the Business Banking side Steve is responsible for the provision of financial

products and services and general support for all businesses with a turnover up to

£5m across the UK.
 

Steve sits on the Executive Committee of the UK Retail & Business Bank, whilst also

chairing ClearlyBusiness.Com Ltd, an award winning software Innovation Company.

Steve has over 25 years experience in banking across the UK, Africa and India.

He holds an honours degree in Financial Services and is a graduate of the General

Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
