Rudi is Non-Executive Director at Matchtech Group plc. The Matchtech Group specialises in the provision of contract, temporary and permanent staff in the technical, professional and recruitment outsourcing sectors. The Group pursues an ambitious growth strategy.

He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Thirsty Horses Ltd, which brings new thinking and truly innovative products to the performance management and organisational and cultural alignment arena.
 

Rudi is a certified Integral Development Coach (new Ventures West - ICF accredited) and partner at TheCoachingHouse and Executive mentor with Merryck&Co.
 

He occasionally collaborates with organisations such as The Centre of HR Excellence (Henley Business School) and Autonoon NV (a management consultancy firm in Belgium), and is Associate Consultant with Duke Executive Education.
 

Rudi developed his executive career with Alcatel and British American Tobacco. During his tenure at British American Tobacco, he held a number of senior HR roles across the Group (including Europe, Africa, Middle East and Central/South Asia). He was appointed Group HR Director of the FTSE 10 company in 2004 and left the company in 2011.
