Katherine Innes Ker joined the Board of Go-Ahead Group in July 2010, and succeeded Andrew Allner as Senior Independent Director in April 2013. Katherine is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Nomination Committees. Katherine is also currently Senior Independent Director of Tribal Group plc where she Chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a Non Executive Director of S&U plc.

Katherine has extensive executive and non-executive experience helping to grow successful & dynamic organisations. She spent a decade working in the City as a financial analyst and has held many previous non-executive directorships including Taylor Wimpey plc, Taylor Woodrow plc, The Television Corporation plc, Fibernet plc, Williams Lea plc, Shed Media plc and Gyrus Group plc, St Modwen Properties plc and Victoria plc.
