V. Ramakrishnan ('Ram') holds several copyrights in the areas of enterprise performance covering board governance, corporate performance using the balanced scorecard, personal scorecards, risk management, leadership development, brand management and work flow definition.

He is an Associate Faculty Member on the Management Development Program at the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore. He holds Directorships at Organisation Development Pte. Ltd, Governance Dashboard Pte. Ltd, Change Partnership Singapore Pte. Ltd, and Singapore and Board Performance Pte. Ltd., Singapore.

Ram is also a Non-executive Director at Pricol Ltd.

Ram holds a Bachelor or Engineering (B.E), Mechanical, from CEG Chennai, India; a Master of Technology (M. Tech), from IIT Kanpur, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, (PGDBM), from Symbiosis, Pune India.
Ram is also trained in Lay Counselling and Certified in Holistic Healing (Pranic Healing). He is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, (FCIM); a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, (MSID) and of the Singapore Institute of Management (MSIM).

Ram speaks English, German, Hindi, Tamil and Bahasa Indonesia fluently. He also has a working knowledge of several Indian languages.

Ram is based in Singapore from where he covers Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, China and India. He is in India between 10 and 14 days every month.
