Lucy Dimes joined Berendsen PLC as a Non-Executive Director in June 2012 and is a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Until recently, Lucy served as the Chief Executive Officer for Alcatel-Lucent UK & Ireland and Global President for the Vodafone Account, from April 2011 to August 2013. Prior to this, Lucy spent 20 years at BT Group plc.

With 20+ years’ experience, Lucy has been at the forefront of driving technology innovation and growth in managed services and complex outsourcing services on an international scale.

Lucy has a First Class Degree in Business, an MBA from London Business School, and is an alumna of the Harvard Business School ‘Global Women Leaders’ programme.

Lucy was recognised at the CBI First Women Awards in June 2013 as the Winner in the Science & Technology category. She was also awarded ‘Leader of the Year in a Corporate Organisation’ at the March 2013 FDM Everywoman in Technology Awards.

Lucy is also a member of the Criticaleye Advisory Board.
